This one-year course is designed for students aged 16-19 who are interested in the creative and digital media industries. It is particularly suitable for learners who may not yet have the grades to progress directly to Level 2 but want to build confidence and develop practical skills.

Students will complete a range of creative projects and learn how to produce digital media products using industry-standard tools and techniques. The course develops key skills such as organisation, teamwork, research and communication while introducing media production skills.

By the end of the course, students will have gained a broad range of digital media skills and experience, preparing them to progress to a Level 2 media qualification or further study.
